CANCELLATION POLICY
House of Sweetwater® energy spa requires at least 48 hours notice to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment. A non-refundable deposit of the total cost of the service ispre-paid by credit card at the time of the appointment booking. Clients may reschedule up to 2 timesfrom the initial appointment, without forfeiting deposits. To continue to offer first-classservice and availability to our clients, regret that multiple re-bookings are not allowed. No-shows and cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
LATE POLICY
We pride ourselves in offering timely, outstanding service. To that end, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We know things happen, so if you are running a few minutes behind, provided we hear from you, we can hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge the full cost of the services booked. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.
CONSULTATION POLICY
House of Sweetwater® consultations arerequired for all first time clients. Our consultations offer valuable insight about your goals, energy analysis and treatment. The consultation is considered an education service, and is not rebated to a future appointment.
GUESTS
Due to person nature of our services, accompanying guests and/or children who are not being serviced are not allowed to be present in the spa while client is receiving services.
FOOD
Outside food is strictly prohibited in the spa. Additionally, clients are not to discard any outside trash within the spa.
CHILDREN
We provide services for children under the age of 12 with a parent or guardian present at all times during the service. No other children or family members who are not being serviced are allowed to be present in the spa due to space limitations and in consideration of the comfort of all of our guests.
ALLERGIES, MEDICAL CONDITIONS, MEDICATIONS
We kindly ask that you advise us of any illness, injury or changes to your health status prior to any services..
PAYMENT
We are a cashless spa. All payments are excepted via debit/credit cards or Tap payment.
